The Munich Business Academy is intended for everybody who are willing to take the next step in their career path. The ideal profile of our student is somebody who is eager to learn, willing to be mentored, looking to gain additional valuable international experience, would like to broaden his or her set of skills, make friends, develop a professional network, develop valuable career skills and experience personal growth.
First, you must fill out and submit the application form with your personal information and a short letter explaining why you would like to attend the Munich Business Academy. After receiving your application, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the invoice for Registration Fee payment in the amount of 100€.

Participants must cover all other food expenses, private trips before and after the program, an airplane ticket, health insurance and any shopping and miscellaneous personal costs.
No, there will be no time to take longer trips, because there is mandatory attendance to pass the course, and there is also program going on during weekends. You can take trips at your own expense, but you are free to travel before and after the program on your own.
There are 30 spots altogether; if all available spots are already filled, you can be put on a waiting list, and when one spot sets free, you will be called in.
Yes, the curriculum of each lecture is designed by the standards that are meeting for ETCS credit points. Credit points are recognized and equivalent to 5 ECTS. To transfer credits, each participant’s home university must confirm the course. We encourage the students to contact their study abroad office in advance to learn about the possibilities of transferring the credits.
There are possibilities to apply for a national scholarship or grant in your home country of residence, but this is a responsibility of each individual participant. (For example: Slovenian students can apply for a national scholarship in the amount of 710€ here). The fundamental condition is that your educational institution recognizes your participation in the program and, consequently, transfers the credits. We will provide you sufficient documentation to get scholarship and transfer the credits.
The ABC Business Academy management organises its programs in advance, which means that some changes may occur. All changes will be announced in advance and resolved with the smallest deviation from the official and announced program.
Previous knowledge of English is mandatory, as well as prior knowledge of business is recommended and needed. The content of the different cases during the course covers a wide range of topics and the lectures are designed to expand and improve participants’ business skills. Considering the diversity of participants’ backgrounds, the courses and programs are designed to be beneficial, valuable and engaging for all participants.
There is a 24/7 available contact person (one of the representatives and organisers) from the management to help you, give you advice, answer your questions, resolve the complaints, and, of course, to mingle and show you a good time in Munich.
Lectures are mandatory to pass the course and they will be held from 10 am to 2 pm, and after the lectures there will time for group work on case challenges until the afternoon.

Participants will get an official certificate that they have successfully completed the program. There will be a closing ceremony where certificates will be presented by distinguished guests.
Visiting the capital of Bavaria and the third largest city in Germany gives you the opportunity to experience the best parts of Europe in one city. You will have the chance to visit Munich’s historic inner city – the large open square, Marienplatz, where you’ll find the Old and New Town Halls. Munich is also famous for its many fine churches and its numerous parks, particularly the lovely English Garden which is the world’s largest urban public park. It’s also where you’ll find some of Munich’s top attractions, including the Bavarian National Museum. While in Munich, visiting the Hellabrunn Zoo is a must, being ranked the fourth best zoo in Europe in 2013. Another place, which is a must if you are into sports and culture, is visiting Munich’s spectacular Olympic Park – the home of the 1972 Summer Olympics. The city is known for its annual Oktoberfest celebration, which is taking place right after the programme, and its beer halls, including the famed Hofbräuhaus, founded in 1589. And for all car enthusiasts, there is BMW welt museum!
Last but not least, you will be able to experience Munich’s nightlife at its best, since Munich has something to offer for everyone.
Students can move around Munich by public transport, starting from 1, 5€ for a single ride, with a weekly ticket starting from 15€, or they can use a Taxi & Uber. All organised trips and visits of the companies will have provided transport by the ABC Business Academy.
Summers in Munich are hot with the temperatures ranging anywhere between 20°C and 35°C. Pack mostly clothing for hot weather, but be sure to bring light pants and a sweater for evenings.

No, all learning materials will be supplied in hard copy or distributed online by the professors and by the ABC Business Academy. You must bring your own laptop and a notebook for taking notes.
